The Moscow suburbs authorities have promised to pursue the scheme on habitation building
Despite crisis, the authorities of Moscow Region intend to execute the annual plan on commissioning of apartments, having constructed seven millions square metres of habitation. It was declared by the vice-president of the government situated near Moscow Vladimir Zhidkin.
In turn head Minmosoblstroja Evgenie Seryogin has informed that from the beginning of year in area has been put into operation three million square metres of habitation that for 20 percent more than for the similar period of last year. Thus the official has noticed that the volume of civil and erection works as a whole across Russia has fallen to 23 percent.
According to Federal Agency of the state statistics, Moscow Region is in the lead some years in Russia on volumes of building of habitation. In 2008 in Moscow suburbs territory it has been constructed 7,8 million square metres of habitation, from which 3,2 million — low habitation.
Мособлстат informed that in the first half of the year 2009 volumes of building of habitation in Moscow Region in comparison with the similar period of 2008 have grown for 18,5 percent to 2,584 million square metres. From total amount of the constructed habitation hardly more than one million square metres is necessary on many-storeyed houses. By the population at own expense and by means of credits (individual building) it is entered 1,578 million square metres. At the same time, in June falling of volumes of building of habitation in area has made 8,3 percent in comparison with June, 2008.
Evgenie Seryogin declared earlier that this year the region power intend to correct plans on building towards increase in volumes of erection малотажного habitation. In total in area in 2009 it is planned to place in operation to 4 million square metres
