The Petersburg habitation in July has fallen in price on 2 %
In July falling of the prices in the market of the inhabited real estate was a little slowed down. "Average cost of square metre in the market of the inhabited real estate of Petersburg on the end of July has made 72 400 roubles (" первичка ") and 82 300 roubles (" вторичка ")", - were explained by Vladimir Sparak, the assistant to the general director of ARINAS.

The Seaside area has appeared the leader of depreciation of "square" in July. Here the prices have fallen approximately to 3000 roubles for square metre. The greatest increase in cost of apartments has been noted in Petrograd area where cost of square metre has grown on 1500 roubles, have counted up in the company.

At the same time experts notice that in the market there was some increase in demand. "The quantity of calls to our agency of the real estate in July has increased approximately in 1,5 times, – Vladimir Sparak tells. - In particular has occurred increases in quantity of references from outside buyers - hypothecary borrowers. People wish to improve the living conditions, and till September, 1st. I think, what is it directly it is connected with the beginning of new academic year as such category of buyers knows beyond doubt, in what microdistrict and apartment of what area they would like to get". As he said, the basic requirement at apartment choice in the present state of affairs is presence in microdistrict of good school which becomes the centre of gravity of new inhabitants. Thus, till now shortage of available assets at potential buyers of apartments is felt: hit of sales, as well as last months, there are 1-roomed apartments.

According to the experts, the demand increase in combination to constant decrease in the offer (nearby 1 % a week) gives faint hope on market revival by the end of this year.
